A leading UK Automotive Retailer is looking to recruit a Customer Appointments Controller to support the Service Department at one of their busy, prestigious dealerships.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Customer Appointments Controller of a prestigious motor retail dealership, you will be responsible for producing a daily appointment diary, taking bookings for service work, scheduling Technicians’ hours, providing work estimates, confirming customers payment methods, raising job cards, promoting other products and services to customers and liaising with the Service and Parts department on a regular basis. Your overall objective will be to control and maximize service bookings by identifying customer’s requirements in a courteous and efficient manner and ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You will be presentable with a polite and courteous manner and have experience of developing relationships with manufacturer partners, customers and colleagues. This position is ideally suited to an individual with exceptional customer relations, communication and organisational skills who has the ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously. Experience in the motor trade would be preferable.
BENEFITS:
£16,000-£18,000 Basic, OTE £20,000-£22,000
