JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the used car business of a volume dealership of a leading UK Motor Retailer. As Used Car Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding used car sales targets, managing the purchase, preparation and display of vehicles and developing relationships with manufacturer partners, customers and colleagues within each department across the region
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
This is a very hands-on role so we are looking for a top class Sales Manager who has an outstanding record of sales achievement and is not prepared to accept second best. You have to be able to lead, develop, inspire and motivate a team of 12 Sales Executives and 2 Business Managers ensuring they remain totally customer-focused. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are motivated by job satisfa ction and the desire to achieve outstanding results. You will currently be a successful Sales Manager, used to dealing with volumes circa 125-135 per month
