We are looking for an experienced Service Manager with a proven track record of achieving success to join a large site of a UK Automotive Retailer.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Service Manager you will be a proactive member of the dealership\'s management team, with responsibility for a team of service colleagues. You will be required to run an efficient operation ensuring customer satisfaction through maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
In successfully managing the development of a service department, you will be experienced at developing relationships with manufacturer partners, customers and colleagues. You will have the drive and determination to maintain effective policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction. To be considered for this post you must curren tly be working in a motor retail dealership and have volume experience.
