JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the new car business of a successful dealership. The New Car Sales Manager is responsible for organising, controlling and directing the activities of the new car department to achieve financial targets and strategic objectives. You will be expected to develop relationships with manufacturer partners, customers and colleagues within each department across the region. In addition you will be responsible for motivating and developing the sales team within the department.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
We are looking for a top class Sales Manager who is not prepared to accept second best. You have to be able to inspire and motivate a sales team, ensuring they remain totally customer-focused. You should be an established motor retail Sales Professional with a proven track record is successful s ales and man management. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can demonstrate natural commercial flair and entrepreneurial spirit.
