We are seeking a Sales Controller to join a prestigious site of a UK Motor Retailer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Sales Controller you will be responsible for maximising profitability per unit sales, exploring sales opportunities, and managing all sales enquiries. The main challenges within this role will be assisting with the sale of new and used cars, helping to direct and motivate the sales team whilst remaining a key member of it, implementing effective sales plans, advising customers of finance and insurance products and services, monitoring payments, managing finance agreements, working to meet and exceed sales targets, and ensuring the whole sales experience is delivered to every customer.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
This position requires an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who is team orientated and can successfully coac h and guide a sales team. If you are well presented, enjoy meeting new people, possess strong communication and organisational skills and have the determination and drive to succeed in a fast moving environment, this role could be for you. You will be customer facing and will lead by example.
