JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager/Dealer Principal with a proven track record of success to join this busy Automotive Retailer.
This critical leadership position requires individuals who can generate impressive results by increasing sales and managing aftersales Your key challenges will be to lead, coach and develop your team of around 100 staff members to achieve the strategic objectives of the company and exceed the planned profitability of the site. You will be responsible for the growth and development of the Sales, Service, Parts and Accounts departments within the dealership. You will be challenged to exceed manufacturer volume targets, achieve high customer satisfaction levels and deliver a good profit performance.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
This role is challenging, yet rewarding and suitable for experi enced General Managers/Dealership Principals who possess 3-5 years\' motor retail management experience with a proven track record of achievement. You have to be able to inspire and motivate a team, ensuring they remain totally customer-focused whilst demonstrating natural business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit.
