We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join successful dealership of a leading UK Motor Retailer.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor is a proactive member of the dealership’s service team, with responsibility for all service-related enquiries. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, loading the Workshop to utilize Technicians’ hours, taking payments from customers, upselling products and services, as well as ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Your overall objective will be for the maximisation of service sales and profitability ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency at all times.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You will be presentable, with a polite and courteous manner, and experienced at developing rel ationships with manufacturer partners, customers and colleagues. This position is ideally suited to an individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills who has the ability and confidence to upsell additional products and services to customers. Recent experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership is essential.
