JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a skilled, dedicated Master Vehicle Technician who can deliver a \"right first time\" repair service for motor vehicles in a prestige dealership. In addition to carrying out service and repair work to a high standard, you will also be responsible for contributing to customer retention and satisfaction, through the provision of clear and concise information. You will be responsible for ensuring Health and Safety, company policy and Manufacturers requirements are adhered to at all times. You will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians and training apprentices when required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Suitable candidates will be qualified, with a minimum of 2 years practical experience and should hold a current and full driving license. This role requires individuals who are able to work on their own initiative as well as within a team when required. You will have the drive and determination to maintain and run a productive department and the ability to work under pressure and achieve results through other people.
