JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are actively searching for a high calibre Accountant to join a successful dealership of a leading Motor Retailer. As a key member of the management team you will have responsibility for overseeing the accounting function of the dealership. You will be responsible for the complete financial reporting of each site in a timely and accurate manner, as well as maintaining and developing controls and procedures to maximize returns and cash flow. You will need to utilise your financial and leadership skills to provide valuable input to ensure the effective management of the accounts team.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
We are looking for a highly motivated, professional individual, with excellent organisational and numeracy skills. You should have a good understanding of the motor industry and experience of working for a Motor Retail organisation. Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and an eye for detail are essential as well as the ability to adapt to working as part of a management team. You will need to be conversant with all aspects of financial management and it is essential you have a thorough understanding of Kerridge.
