We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Service Team Manager to join a prestigious dealership of a reputable Automotive Retail Group.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible for the supervision of a Workshop team and dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis subject to the guidelines established by the Company. Your overall objective will be to ensure the efficient operation of the Workshop team, to meet and exceed customer expectations and maximise Workshop profitability. This is a customer-facing role and you will be an integral part of the team as the interface between the customer and the dealership; seeing customers in and out again following the completion of work. In addition you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities by upselling existing products and services.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
This position would suit a current Service Team Manager/Assistant Service Manager, an experienced Senior Service Advisor who can manage Technicians, or a Workshop Controller who is looking to move out of the Workshop into a more customer-facing role. Superb communication, organisational and customer service skills and at least 2-3 years experience in the aftersales function of a car dealership environment is essential.
