JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Service Advisor to join a dealership of a successful UK Motor Retailer. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, effectively operating the service department loading system and accurately recording vehicle details, receiving payment for work carried out, managing distressed customers in a calm and effective manner, as well as ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures and maintaining a current knowledge of manufacturer’s warranty procedures. Your overall objective will be for the maximisation of service sales and profitability ensuring the highest standard of courtesy, efficiency and accuracy at all times.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You will be presentable, with a polite and courteous manner, and experienced at dev eloping relationships with manufacturer partners, customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have experience at supervising a team of people, be fully committed to the provision of first class customer service skills, be able to demonstrate an ability to coach others to improve performance, have excellent communication skills and be confident and enthusiastic, with the ability to lead meetings. Experience of working in a dealership environment is essential.
