A leading UK Automotive Retailer is looking to recruit a Customer Appointments Controller to support the Service Department of one of their busy, prestigious dealerships.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Customer Service Controller of a prestigious motor retail dealership, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, producing a daily appointment diary, taking bookings for service work, scheduling Technicians’ hours, providing work estimates, taking payments from customers, raising job cards, upselling services and products and liaising with the Service and Parts department on a regular basis. Your overall objective will be to control and maximize service bookings by identifying customer’s requirements in a courteous and efficient manner.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You will be presentable, with a polite and courteous manner, and experienced at developing relationships with manufacturer partners, customers and colleagues. This position is ideally suited to an individual with exceptional customer relations, communication and organisational skills, who currently works in a customer-facing department of a car dealership. Motor trade experience would be preferable but not essential.
