| JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join a high profile dealership of a leading UK Automotive Retailer. The Parts Manager is a proactive member of the dealership\'s management team, with direct control of the parts operation for the dealership. Your main responsibilities will include controlling the parts stock and purchases, recruiting and managing the parts team and creating positive relationships with suppliers and other departments in the dealership. You will be required to run an efficient operation ensuring customer satisfaction through the efficient sale of parts to maximize the department's profitability.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
In successfully managing the growth and development of a parts department, you will be experienced at developing relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues. You will have the drive and determination to maintain effective policies and run a busy department. At least 2-3 years parts management experience in a motor retail environment is essential.
